If you are not satisfied with your service for any reason within the first 3hr of your initial payment, you may request a full refund. This applies to:

2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be a first-time customer. Creating multiple accounts to abuse this policy is strictly prohibited.
- The cancellation request must be submitted via a support ticket within 3 calendar hr of the original purchase Hr.
- Your account must be in good standing and not in violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., usage for illegal activities, spamming, or phishing).
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain products and services are non-refundable due to immediate costs incurred by us or the nature of the product. These include:
- Domain Names: Registration, renewal, and transfer fees are final once processed by the registry.
- Dedicated Servers: Setup fees and monthly costs are non-refundable once provisioning has started.
- Software Licenses: cPanel, Windows Server, Plesk, and other third-party license fees.
- Add-ons: Dedicated IP addresses, Management Services, and Installation fees.
- Account Credit: Funds added to your VOIDSPARK wallet are non-refundable.
4. Abuse & Termination
Refunds will not be granted if your service is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
This includes, but is not limited to, using our servers for DDoS attacks, cryptocurrency mining, hosting copyrighted material without permission, or attempting to hack other networks.
5. Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved by our billing department, it will be processed within 3 business hours. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your bank account or credit card statement depends on your financial institution and payment method (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, UPI).
